Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit clubkit.team or join the waiting list, and what rights you have. The German version is authoritative.

2. Hosting
This website and our servers are hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, in data centres in Germany. Hetzner processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in providing this website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Server logs
To deliver this website, your browser necessarily sends technical data to our server, such as your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and your browser’s user agent. We do not keep access logs of visits to this website. Error logs, which may in exceptional cases contain an IP address, are kept only as long as needed to fix the error.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a secure and working website.
4. Waiting list and trial requests
When you use the form, we process the data you enter: your name, email address, club name and, if you provide them, sport, number of members and message, as well as whether you would like a free trial and the language of the page.
Purpose: to contact you about access to Clubkit or a free trial. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Name, email address and club name are needed to reply; everything else is optional.
Retention: we keep your data until it is no longer needed for this purpose, at the latest 12 months after our last contact with you. We delete it earlier if you ask us to.
To limit abuse of the form, your IP address is held in the server’s memory for up to 10 minutes and is not stored. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
5. Email delivery
After you submit the form, we send you a confirmation and notify ourselves by email. We use Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) to deliver these emails; it processes your name, email address and the content of the message on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Where data is transferred to the USA, the transfer is safeguarded by the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
6. Contacting us by email
If you email us, we process your email address and the content of your message to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries about our services, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the correspondence when it is no longer needed, unless we have to keep it for legal reasons.
7. No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools and loads no content from third parties. Fonts and images are served from our own server.
8. Encryption
This website uses TLS encryption (https) for everything it transfers.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access your data (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), to erasure (Art. 17), to restriction of processing (Art. 18) and to data portability (Art. 20). Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21). An email to hello@clubkit.team is enough.
10. Supervisory authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany, www.lda.bayern.de.
